Westford & District Pipes & Drums

Back in January we announced that we were modifying our working name to reflect our member departments and the geographic area in which we tend to draw members from.  We have just completed the changes to the website to reflect those changes.  As you can see to better reflect of the service area we draw from we will be doing business as Westford & District Pipes & Drums.  Our non-profit corporate name remains Westford Firefighters Pipes & Drums, Inc.  Our service to the fallen remains unchanged as that truly is the cornerstone of who we are.  Our homage to the Westford Knight and Clans Sinclair and Gunn remains steadfast as can be seen in our official tartan and band logo.  The change only reflects that we truly are a regional band and that all are welcome to join and be a part of this proud band.

Lt Col Joseph Kenney Retirement 25th Marines

April 9th we were honored to perform for the 25th Marine Corp for the retirement ceremony of Lt Col Joseph Kenny.  It is always an honor to perform for the 25th Marines and we look forward to additional requests for service.  This is the third year in a row that we have had the honor in participating in a Marine Corp ceremony.
